PhoneManager iPro experience wanted

Hello all,

Are we the only ones having much problems with the PC softphones? Our main problem at this moment is 'stuttering'.

This is what we have:
IPO 406V2 3.1.56
VCM16
PRI
HP 2626 switch
QOS enabled on switch
QOS settings on winxp according to Avaya
15 PC softphones running on Windows XP clients sp2
Plantronics headset DSP400

During the calls the customers suffers from stuttering. Not always but often. They only use outlook and a web application. It seems that whenever they use the application it is worse but even when not using the pc at all, there is still stuttering.


Any info is more than welcome!

Ask the user to Relax before making a call maybe rub his shoulders and eventually see a speech therapist.


 
interesting how did you manage to get the phonemangerPro IP to be in diffrent V-Lan,s and get priority above al other program,s on the windows clients.

Process Priority settings can be done by a VB script. Pc's are all on the same LAN.

Problems still happen. When using 5610 no problems at all. Must be something with pc softphone.
