Hi all,

I have an phonemanager installed on a terminal server.
IPO is in another vlan.
Phonemanager works fine, but BLF doesn't work.
Any ideas how to configurate this?
Does unicast use the same ports as the broadcast traffic?
ports 50799 en 50796 are open.
Also the network at the IPO site becomes twice a week very slow.
When they reboot the server, the traffic is normal again.
Has anybody experienced this before?

Thanks in advance.

There is your problem....

Phone manager is not supported on Terminal Services only citrix and my only experience of configuring it was when the IPO and TSserver were in the same VLAN

How are you doing the inter-vlan routing? You might get away with (if you have a cisco router acting as intervlan) using a IP helper address to forward the BLF packets.

Take Care

Matt
I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

On the windows server is no firewall active.
The software on the IPO is 3.2 (67) (before anyone asks)
