Phonebook on digital phones and restrict shown entries to location of phone

Hi everyone,

I am a beginner in Avaya and I am currently looking for a solution on how to provide a phone book on digital phones. Either directly from CM or if required, per LDAP.
Is this possible? If yes, one more important thing would be to restrict the shown entries to the location of user's phone.
Is this also possible?

For sure, I already had a look in the admin guides but I couldnt find anything regarding directories or especially location-based directories.

Are you looking to take your system's directory and make it a spread sheet?

No, I would like to have a button on the phone to show a directory from where the user can directly start a call.
