we had a power outage and now phones don't ring just goes right to voicemail message. Lucent partner phones

Give us the modules you have from left to right, example: 206E, 206EC, processor, partner messaging, etc). This will allow someone here to give you the proper extensions to assign to voicemail.

OK, that's the model of the phone, not the model of the phone system.

Di this: Pick up Line 1 and call your cell phone. Answer your cell. This is just to get a "clear" line with no dial tone.

Press Feature and dial #1

You're going to hear the Touch Tone digit 1 dialed out. There might be a series of 1's and then a pause, and then some more 1's.

Post back with the the pattern of digits, (like 3, pause, 1), and we can tell you which phone system you have.

Then there is a possibility of restoring your programming, or getting it re-input from scratch

ACS R3

Need a list of the modules in the phone system from left to right to be able to give you programming instructions, but try and see if you have a backup to restore from

Feature 00
Left Intercom twice
#125

Press 1 and inspect the date the backup was made, press 2 and compare it.

If you find a backup that you can restore from, on your 34D telephone set, go to the 5th column of buttons, and the 3rd button down, and press it. The system will reboot, load the backup, and see if you're in business

As Telecomboy advised in the other thread,

Feature 00
Left Intercom twice
#505-7-78-1
#505-7-79-1
Feature 00

Then need to know how you want calls to flow and what needs to be on the buttons of the phones.
Once you get it set up, be sure to do #123-1 and set it to auto backup, then #124 and the Enter button to make an immediate back just in case

phones are ringing again thanks for the help

Hello,

We are having the same problem with the same phone. I tried to reboot the system but the calls still keep going to an automatic "unavailable" answer. I am able to intercept the call after I hear the quick "dot" ring, but it's quite annoying.

thank you.

Well, start your own thread, and list out the equipment in your control unit, post a picture, and someone will be able to give you direction
