hi, does anyone know how to print a list of IP phones in OTM? i need to print every IP set in my office and don't want the digital or analog phones to print, just the IP sets.

There are several ways of doing this.

If you have a sig. server, you can use Element Manager to produce a list, or you can log directly into the sig. server + use the command isetShowByTN or isetShowByIP to produce a list ordered by either TN or IP address.
This can be captured to a file + then imported into excel to make it more manageable, if needed.

If you only have OTM, then you could run the report "telephone directory by terminal number", save to a file, import into excel + delete the non-IP data.
As IP TNs run from 66 00 upwards, this means deleting the first chunk of data which will be your digital + analgoue sets.

Hope this helps.

Dave.
