Phone registration problem

When ever we have unplanned reboot of the system like Power outage etc.After the power up few phones will have registration issue.Please help.

What version of CM? endpoint types?
What registration issues are you talking about?

CM- 6.2 And IP endpoints.....After any unplanned power outage....not all the phone but randomly phones goes to no dial tone but display seems to be fine.
