Phone recalls to cfna destination after three rings on cfw

I have an extension of 7485 forwarded always to 7811, if 7811 does not answer after three rings it recalls back and rings to the call forward no answer destination.

How do I turn this off or bump up the time before it recalls back on a no answer.

You can look at the RCO prompt on the set (right after the cls). Look to see what RCO 0, 1, 2 are defined as and change them to what works for you.

I have set the RCO time at 2. In LD 15 RCO 2 is set for 7 rings. If I call the phone without the forward always on it rings 6 to 7 times and forwards to the no answer destination. If I forward always the phone and the destination does not answer in threee rings, the call comes back and starts ringing to the no answer destination.
