Phone Mgr Pro - Busy Lamp Indicators

I have a customer running 3.0 (59) and the latest Phone Manager software... 10 license for Pro version - everyone but 1 of the 10 users can see the status of other users in the Speed Dial tab...Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software..still no change. Everything else in the application seems to be normal - title bar has the user's name and says Phone Mananger Pro. PC is Windows XP Pro SP2 with windows firewall disabled. Anyone have any ideas?

Got a batch file that will enable some ports for you in windows XP but dont know how to get it to check name make sure there is no extra space after name can you call other user by just clicking on names as it appear???

Yes, you can call another user just by double-clicking the user's icon in the speed dial window.

If user is using windows firewall make sure they have created an exemption for phone manager pro.

As the PM Pro appearently is working then this PC cannot receive broadcastmessages from IP on port 50799 ( BLF ).
Maybe some other application is claiming this port, usually this will be spyware or adware or a Firewall.
Scan the PC with anti spyware software and then check again.
