Phone manager 1

I have a customer guys, using phone manager, but cannot use voicemail by clicking on her mailbox. Nothing happens. I have tried restarting phone manager, and turning off firewalls but still no joy. Phone manager works fine otherwise as does *17.

There was a bug a long time ago on 4.something where this would happen, what release are they using?

4.1(20)so you could be right.

Try loading the latest Phone Manager first, that may work, if not you will need to do the lot
