I have instaled new version of Avaya Phone Manager 4.1 and i have noticed that all calls are being recorded under option missed calls even that i have answerd that call. Anybody had same problem or any solution?
Phone managers and IPO system software need to be the same release to work absolutley correctly.
I'd uninstall and then install the correct version for your system. (you could of course, try upgrade you IP office to the 4.1 assuming it is capable of supporting that version, but I'd recommend against that)
