Phone Manager

I am trying to connect phone manager as a PC softphone but when I select the VOIP user I created and enter the password its tells me it cant login due to invaild user or password. I can login phone manager pro or lite to a digital extn just fine? Any thoughts? There are both pro and IP enable licenses in the system and they are valid.

do you have Phonemanger settings set to Softphone?
Try creating a new user and creating a matching VoIP subscriber when requested, with PC Softphone set. No Agent Log in or anything other than default, and of course set a password.
