Two days ago all our systems were upgraded to the latest 3.2 release, IP Office, VM Pro, IP Office Manager and and Phone Manager.
Since then, it seems we have an issue with the phone manager and listening to voice mails. When clicking on a mailbox it starts playing the message as normal but doesn't highlight which one it is playing so makes it near impossible access voice mails in this way.
Has anyone else come across any bugs in phone manager 3.2.28? It's been suggested that we use phone manager 4.1.20 but a call has been logged with Avaya also. I've installed 4.1.20 on my PC and the issue doesn't happen but am reluctant to roll this out to everyone. Will there be any compatibility issues with using a new phone manager?
