Whole Company has Phone manager PRO. One employee seems to loose his call log of missed/out going/incoming log every few days. We uninstalled the Phone manager pro and reinstalled it but still have the same issue. Anyone have any suggestions at to what the solution is or what the problem may be?

Thanks

We have plenty of Phone manager License. What is roaming prfiles?

Phonemanager stores it information in the users my documents.
Does the user have a local My Documents folder or is it on a server?

Forgive me for my ignorance. What is the solution then to roaming profiles? thanks for your help. Also what if their my documents is stored on the local machine instad of the server?

When the user has a roaming profile then phonemanager cannot find the settings anymore.
When it is not there then there is nothing to show.
When it is stored locally then you need to check if it is still there or if it is deleted by some kind of policy.

or store the profile directory to a local drive.

Open Phone Manager --> File --> Load Profile / Save Profile.

Copy it from the users Home Directory and make a new location for it on the local drive.
