Phone Manager Pro on Windows 7 64 bit Outlook integration???

I called Catalyst and they are saying that phone manager pro is not compatible on a windows 7 64 bit pc. The problem I am having is that one of my customer is upgrading all his user pc's to windows 7.

The phone manager client I think is fine, but the Outlook integration is NOT working.

Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.

Which version do you use ?
What version is your ipo on ?

It is a IP500V1 running 4.2.14

Phone Manager Version: 4.2.32

That version should be able to run on Windows 7 and on 64bit.
Also there is support for tapi on 64 from 4.2.29 and you run 4.2.32

There must be something else.
