I have Phone Manager Pro 4.2(25) installed on my PC (OS - Windows XP) and it's operating with an IPO 500 5.0(8). The problem that I am having is deleting the messages under the Voicemail Tab. When I try to delete them (using both methods) nothing happens with/to them, unless I log off and log back in PMP. Once I lof off and log back in, the messages are now deleted. I have tried rebooting my PC and uninstalling and reinstalling the PMP Setup file but the issue is still occuring. The problem started a few weeks ago, which is when the IPO 500 was upgraded to R5. Any relations? Has anyone encountered this before or have any solutions?

I ave the same problem - happened in 4.x and now IPO 5 also. It dosent happene with all boxes just some.

Also, I have verified at support.avaya.com that the User File 4.2(25) is the latest version for PMP(Releases Aug. 19th, 09).

It's a known problem;
