Phone Manager Pro extension dont load 1

Hi eveyone, my name is Mariano and we have a trouble here.
we have 7 PM pro licences, and 6 Desktop PC (Windows 7 32bits) with Phone Manager Pro.
The issue is that.
I dont know why the machines, lost Pro, if someone log in with pro, its difficult to explain.

PC1 PC2 PC3 PC4 PC5 PC6 all with PM pro
off on on on on on

IF

PC1 PC2 PC3 PC4 PC5 PC6 pm pro on PC6 lost and is Phone Manager Lite
on on on on on on


its like there 2 stuck licences.


How can i watch that? on Manager there are only 6 extension with pro activated, but fot the system there are 8?

We have old sytem

and only could use 5
System Status said 7 own / 5 used
Manager 6 extension with pro
 
A while since I've used Phone Manager Pro but I recall that although it had a softphone that would need an IP extension, you could just use it to manage an analogue or digital phone as it had more features than the Lite version.

See derfloh's comments about setting the exact IPO address.
 
we only use pro to callcenter service. idk where configute IPO, i dont have this.
call center use pro to see queue waiting calls, and some buttons.
i left on the last post photo about my manager

But Manager -> PRO on this extensions
 
maybe you dont understand
for the system there are all in use, so when a pro extension connect on PM, the system said "well all licenses in use, you cant use pro. you have 0 left" but not, systemstatus show 6/7 // and now, there are 2 licenses unusuable, but the system said Active for the 7 liceses
 
no guys... still not recognizing 2 licenses from 7
tell me if you need any log or something
 
I seem to recall way back I had a similar problem with a customer. We found it was down to the PC phone manager was installed on being put to "sleep" at the end of the day (the user did not use "shut down". For some reason this did not release the license for that PC as the session was not closed. Waking up the PC and closing the app released the license.

If the PC was "shut down" normally the license was released immediately.

PM Pro licenses are concurrent, you can have more than 7 users assigned to them but the first users to open Phone Manager will grab them.

Well that could be a possibility.
We only have 7 licenses reverved for 6 extension (one more in the future).
and only 6 use PM pro.
We change all CPUs and the error persist, my doubt is: the license is linked to an extension or an ID Machine?
i ask the 6 users to shutdown machines at night to restart de the server and the UCs.
Do you say that this could work?
because its strange that i cant use all licenses.
 
no guys.. i tried everything there.
format server and resintall from 0 everything, uploading backups could solved the problems?
