Phone Manager Pro 4.0.20 registration problems

I have a VPN tunnel built between 2 locations using a 3120 at the remote site and 3305 at the corp site. I can not get Phone Mgr pro to register...I can get 4610IP sets up and running though...The IP 500 is running 4.1.14. Thanks for any and all help.

Can you ping the IP 500 from the PC? Have you run the avayafw.bat file to open the necessary ports on the PC if firewalled?

Yes I can ping the IP 500 and Windows firewall is turned off.

Did you use the avayafw.bat file ?
Is it vista ?
If yes witch one ?

Have you taken the laptop to the local site and tested it on the local LAN ??

Found out it was User Restrictions...we had it set up to use Phone Manager in there...but once removed and applied Phone Manager started working properly
