Quick question, can users add hunt groups to the message tab themselves? Or do I have to configure it via phone manager and add H<huntgroup> to the source tab for each user?
I need to rename a hunt group that has 50 users and it's looking like I will manaully have to change the name on each user profile as they all have the voicemail option for this hunt group in phone manager. (Am using phone manager 3.1 btw).
If a way exists in which I don't have to do this individually then that would make me happy. Or a way in which they can do it themselves!
I have looked through the user guides but nothing I have found indicates it is possible.
