Phone manager is not supported on version 9 but does work.Only in lite though.
In security settings, system, unsecured interfaces, enable tftp read/write.
Will now see system

Enjoyfull news! But well known i'm afraid, the following will be new for most of the users:
Open a 8.1 manager and create two User right profiles : one with and one without PM Pro enabled.
Copy the user rights and paste them in a R9 manager with a open config.
Copy the user rights settings to a user who needs PMPro, if you want to take away the PMPro on a user copy the non-PMPro user rights tabel to that user.

Usefull or not?

Shame it doesn't work on 9.1, we have customers who loves the phone manager, therefore can't upgrade or sell them newer handsets (we have shown then the one x but this looks like a child had designed it, the outlook plugging OK, but limited as you can't park calls etc)

One-X portal can park calls and do a lot more in R9.1.
I like it more or less in the current version 9.1

I have no problem with one-X Portal as an application. They do finally seem to have addressed some of its former memory and processor hogging issues. But like others I just can't get around the GUI that tries to occupy the whole desktop. It's supposed to be a utility application, I shouldn't need to lose sight of my other application windows in order to use the portal.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

You can't park calls using the outlook plugin?

Have to use the web based one x which as sizbut pointed out, it take over the whole screen.

Also on the One-X every user needs to be licensed in order to see call status i.e. busy lamp field. So if one user or a few users were using it for a busy lamp field then you need to license everyone. Costly!!

Even on PM lite you can add more teh 15 users in the BLF.

Although it is a bit of a hassle.

Here is how.

Let's say, user 100. Enalbe PM lite and logon.
Then add 15 users in the BLF the normal way. (user 101-115)

Now, you want to add all other users on the IP Office (ie 115-120)to the BLF.

Make a phonecall from extension 115-120 to 100.

Then, in the PM call log > missed calls select add to BLF
