I had users logged in to the system and user name which worked fine. I changed their name in IP Office Manager and since then when PM starts it brings up an error 'Cannot log in. This may be due to an invalide Username/Password' I have tried changing the user name back and the the probelm won't go away. The user software is WinXP and version 4.0.15 of the Phone Manager, Help!!!
