Hi - anyone seen this before??

'Phone Manager is not a valid floating point value'.

Client has V5 IP Office and a softphone working from home from laptop linked with VPN to office network.

Working fine last week, odd message this week.
I have googled the term and it seems to relate to VB programming and is way over my head.

Yeah

Had to cycle regional and language options in control panel. Someone around here will dig out the thread.

thanks CarGoSki

that really is a good find, many thanks, shame the search feature on Tek Tips is not a little better, I might have saved people some bother.

I have passed it on to my client, hopefully that is a fix.
