phone manager error message - new install

Hi,

anyone seen this error before?
Client just installed phone manager on a new pc. Windows7. Works there on others...

C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Phone Manager\PhoneManager.exe
The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

I have asked the client to uninstall and try again ensuring they use administrator log ons, do not install from the zipped folder but unzip it first etc - but I have not seen this before.

In the shortcut of the PhoneManager add -debug
So right click on the shortcut and select properties.
add C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Phone Manager\PhoneManager.exe" -debug
Now you get an extra option called debug look in there and see what happens or post the trace here.

Try removing the manifest.exe file from the phonemanager folder
