Phone Manager- Cannot Log In

I have a user cannot log into phone manager to his extension. When I attempt to use phone mangager it gives the message "Cannot Log In. This may be due to an invalid username/password"

He does not have any passwords set and I have deleted the extension and recreated it with no luck. Anyone have any ideas?
 
I believe you have to have a password set if it phone manager pro.
 
I have the extension set to use the "Lite" version of phone manager. I have lots of other users without passwords on their extensions.

Another thing to add is that a physical phone is not being plugged in for this extension. I just use it to forward to his cell while he's in the office.

this can only be done with a analog port
digital won't work with phonemanager
so do the same with a analog port and you can use phonemanger without a physical phone
 
Thanks for the help. I switched the extension to analog and it works.
 
You could also do this with a Voip Extension, setup a Voip extension to match your User ID. This saves using up Analog ports.
