Phone Manager can only login as lite

I’m having trouble with one PC logging in as Phone Manager Pro 1.4.6, I have an open license but don’t have the option to select the PRO check box (under config, PBX config info) from this one PC you can only login as Lite, it looks like its local to this PC and not a license or user account problem, any help would be appreciated.

Check the following Registry entry:(HK_Current_User/Software/Avaya/IP400/PhoneManager).

Ensure that there is a string called AllowPhonePro. If not then add a new DWORD value called AllowPhonePro. This should resolve your problem.
 
Fixed, the user had installed a shareware firewall/VPN software and had some TCP/UDP ports shut off.
