Anyone any idea how to import speed dials from previous versions of Phone Manager?

Have installed PM3 and the old speed dials from the previous version are still on the speed dials tab. If you try and edit these "imported" speed dials, you get the error "List index is out of bounds(1)" and PM needs to be restarted.

An easy wasy to get around this would be to uninstall PM clear out the relevant directories in Program Files and My Docs, and then reinstall, but the users concerned are keen to keep their speed dials.

Any advice, much appreciated!

Have resolved this issue.

Upgrading from PM versions 2.1 or later is fine, but with 2.0 the speed dials aren't compatible. Have unsinstalled all versions of PM, cleared out the Avaya directories in both Program Files and My Docs, and got the users to re-enter their speed dials in the PM directory.
