Phone Manager 3.2.28 Install Issue

Tried to upgrade Phone Manager PC Softphone 3.2.12 to 3.2.28

After upgrade, I get the following messages:

"Failed to Register"

"sx80lc.ini was not found - please contact elmdedia at
"sx5363.ini was not found please contact elmdedia at
These files are in fact on my computer in the Avaya/IP Office/Phone Manager Folder in Program Files

I have installed 3.2.28 a number of ways, including:

1. Install over 3.2.12
2. Uninstall 3.2.12 and then Install 3.2.28

Have even cleaned out Registry of all Avaya related items prior to install with same results

Any thoughts?
 
I cannot remember the exact procedure but it is something like this. You need to copy those files and all of the DLLs and INIs into the Windows\System32 directory (or I suppose you could add 'C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Phone Manager' to your PATH statement.
 
Are you aware of any Avaya Technical Bulletin that addresses this issue?

Is this a "known issue" with 3.2.28 upgrade?

I am not aware of a bulletin nor do I know if it is a known issue.
