I have a CICS 6.1 System installed. Most of the phones on the system are T7316E. I have installed a few M7310 phones in a warehouse where they should hold up better and I don’t have to worry about the labels coming off. The LCD display will adjust from 1-9 but regardless what port on the system the phone is plugged into it will not really get dark enough to see the screen at eye level mounted on a wall. If it was set to anything below 5 I would be unreadable. I have changed phones on the port’s with the M series phone in hopes it will correct the problem. Seems only a T series phone will get dark enough to read. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Maybe an old vintage m-series set. What is the rls #?
