Phone Issues

I have a customer that has a Nortel MICS 6.1 SW. They have been expierencing the problem where on some phones M & T in the display it will display a number between 1 and 12. And it won't clear off until they press the buttons several times, or they unplug the telephone for a few minutes and then it goes away...not all the time. Anyone have a simular problem?

yes- I have had that (with the number 1.)
I think it is related to call park bug.
If you are not using call park, clearing the park prefix from the system programming may solve it.
What also may solve it is the 6.1 Maintenance release

Known issue. Like Bkrike said, you need the MR for 6.1
