First of all there are a few specifics that we need to know. What type of systems do you have at both sites and what type of phones at both sites. Also what level softwares at both sites.
M series phones are compatible with all Norstar systems but T series dont all work the same on the older systems.

The general answer is all Norstar sets function on all Norstar systems. Yes, there are a few exceptions.
