Phone Fast Busy's When Dialed?

G3V13-I have a phone that fast busy’s whenever you try and dial any number. The problem is we don’t have maintenance permissions so I can’t busy out and release the station.

• I have status the phone and it shows in service/on hook.
• The phone is ported and I tried to remove the station but it says object in use try later.
• You can dial the station and it rings works fine
• There is a bridged appearance on the phone that works and dials when on that line. (Currently the only way that calls can be made on that phone)

change the COR of the station, increase the FRL to one that will allow the call to be completed

The COR and COS are the exact same as all of the other phones.

Why would it show it to be "object in use" when I try to remove the station? There are no calls on that line and I removed the bridged appearance.

This is what is leading me to believe it is a FRL issue...

is there an agent logged into the phone that maybe has a lower FRL?

can you tti the phone off the system and then back on?

There was an agent logged into the phone with a lower FRL, that’s why it kept coming up station busy please try again later when I was trying to remove the station.

The agent ID has been logged out and the phone is again working.
