phone cut out sometimes 1

Hi,

I wonder if someone could help. Sometimes our reception cisco phone cuts out in the middle of a conversation. Do you know how I could start troubleshooting this issue?

I am guessing the cisco phone is on his way out. 7961G

Any suggestions?

Initial steps would be to replace the handset and cord. Then phone. Then start running debugs and checking CM logs.
