Phone Button Templates?

Does anyone have any phone button templates fro Word or Excel that they can direct me to. At our hospital we have a lot of 7400 series phones. It would be great to be able to open the file and modify the text without having to cut and scotch tape pieces of paper down.

You may want to take a look at Desi.com and use there Desi Lite free. I have used it for three years but only have a few 7400 phones.
