I have a user usually on a headset. Whenever someone calls his extension internally the line picks up automatically. Has anyone seen this before?

What version and what type of set? You can configure this on 44xx sets for sure by pressing "menu" and HfAns.

You can also do it on the 64xx serie.

check your user short codes for a *DCP of some thing wierd along those lines. It has crept up on me a few times. delete that short code in the user and it has always cleared for me. I have found the users are playing in the menu functions on their sets.
