I would be able to send you at least the basic manuals. What version within the iS3000 family is it you have? Some small one (e.g. 3030?) or a multi-shelf 3070/3090?
For training you should be try to contact NEC America (the Dallas, TX, office) and ask them. They have recently started a cooperation with Philips and I know they have iS3000 systems in-house already-
