Phillips KXTDA Phone System thinks it's night time?

When someone calls in, it says thank you for call x our normal business hours are y-z, then it gives you some options. My boss thinks it mean it's in night time mode, I think it's just an operator option. Does any one know how to change the operator settings?

i think you have a voivemail system attached to your KXTDA have a look around and see if you can find a kxtvm,kxtvp,or tvp unit close to your phone system

we cant tell from your post weather or not th vm is in night mode but it does sound like the auto attandnt is taking your calls pressing the info button ( or Transfere)button wile cycle to the time mode so you will know if the phone ststem is in night mode or not
