phaser 860 paper jam

hi all
i have a phaser 860 that prints the first page fine (like the cleaning page), but then it tries to feed a second page then it says paper jam error "22,300,07". i repaced the feed clutch, #401-0855-00, the paper guide, i cleaned the feed roller, and replaced the I/O Left board,and the seperation pad to no avail. the 2nd sheet that tries to feed stops on the seperation pad. Any Ideas????????????

Try replacing part #401-0808-02 Pick roller clutch.

Sorry - That previous post has an eroneous part number. That would be for an 850. The 860 uses the number you have already replaced. Try replacing the pick roller.

i cleaned and replaced the feed roller, same problem. i also noticed the printer reboots sometimes after the error message. any other ideas??????

In an 860 how would you replace the pick roller guide?
