Phaser 860 error code 15,004.45:8047

where can I find info on this error code and what can i do to fix it is there a list of common faults available

This fault is proberly caused by a faulty clutch. The clutch is on the left side of the printer. If you do not have a new clutch, it some times helps simply to clean it

This is definately due to a faulty drum heater, as described in the tektronix support cd, replace as necessary
