Phaser 860 - Error 22,511.02

Has anyone seen this fault on another 860? The paper stops right behind the front access door and just after it's passed the pre-heater entry sensor. Funny thing is, *some* pages go through (eg. it fails 95% of the time, but for some reason every now and then one or two pages will get through).

A/A4 media problem. Check media and the plug on the right side of paper tray. Check the feed roler assy with the sensor board on the right side. The sensor arms and flags maybe damaged or bentor the sensor faulty. One time I had one of the flag developed a cut mark and was catching the paper as it exits.
