Phaser 860 Error 07.005.47

I have replaced the maintenance tray with a brand new one due to the wearing of the pins. Now the printer gives an error message 07.005.47. This is attributed to a "failure of the drum maintenance system". I am assuming this is the drum maintenance clutch, but am unsure. As we have no Xerox service depot in our city, it would be very costly to send it away or fly someone in. The old tray seems to fail less than the brand new one. Can anyone shed some light on this?

yes this is due to a faulty drum maint. clutch. Xerox has designed a better maint. clutch for this issue. Part # 650428800

Thanks for the reply! However, I have been told by Xerox I am not allowed to obtain the part as I am not a licensed Xerox technician. Can you please tell me where I can order this from?
