phaser 860 Display reads "Processing data- please wait".

The message "Processing data- please wait" stays on very long time.Repowering does not help. Goes normally thru initializing,worming up,prints out out a "startup page"goes into warming up. The ready light never goes solid.Error code 15.004.45... came on about a month ago. After repower,unit worked fine for a month. Please help..to troubleshoot.

Your problem sounds like the halogen bulbs are not heating in the drum heater. Go to Lowes or any hardware store and buy some replacement bulbs, this is way cheaper than ordering the replacement part.

Ive got the halogen sensor problem, wondering how o get at them, to replace on the 860.

I am not a technician, but willing to try.
