Phaser 850 Paper Jam

Hi together;

I got a phaser 850 which has a paperjam in the front.
But when i open it, there is no paper in it.
I changed the sensor, because i thought it was dead.
But now the papaerjam "has moved" to another position in the printer. Now it is under the topcase.
But still cant find any paper in it.
Does anyone have an Idea?

FIXED!

I found out, that the sensors behind the front door were broken.
Both were broken in the same way, so I didnt realized it first
