Phaser 850 error 22.500.00 Media Jam Open Front Cover To Clear

Have fought this and can't seem to run the solution down. Error codes states these solutions and I have exchanged each item out for a known working one each time. Someone out there must have another idea I can try. By the book I've 1. Replaced the drum maintenance clutch 2. Reset the NVRAM 3. Replaced the front panel assembly 4. Replaced the power supply 5. Checked the complete unit for paper fragments.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Broken plastic flags, mate. Check the upper feed assembly - there are three that often break and cause all sorts of jamming and error codes. Have a look in your service manual.
