phaser 8400dn paper jam

My phaser has 14 months old
And had begin to do frequent paper jam
at tray 2 never at manual tray

I had replaced roller with the roller kit
part number 604K42200

and it is about the same

If someone can help me

Is this kit for the 525 sheet feeder
or the cassette tray 2?
The roller for the cassette is: 650429200 this is a roller and a separation pad {called as retard roller}
The roller goes in the front of the tray, and the retard assy. goes inside the front of the printer above where the tray roller sits. There is a green catch that you pull up on, that will swing the assy. down. Pull it down and out. replace new assy. and push straight up and then swing shut.

I had install the
pick asm and retard roller kit

that was for the cassette tray 2

it was easy to install but no result

The talk about ground clip

Static build up at the pick roller during printing can lead to a static
discharge thru the pick roller clutch into the electronics module. This
results in either:
• A 19,005.41 error code displayed on the front panel.
• The printer hanging while printing with the electronics fan
on full.
• Occasional Jams Behind the Front Cover messages. This jam is
usually accompanied by error 19,005.41 in Fault History.
You need a ground clip on the pick roller clutch.
