Phaser 840+ sets code 22,600.01 but no physical jam 1

What sets 22,600.01? Page prints and exits completely, but the printer stops 75% of the time and displays "media jam open exit cover to clear" There is never any paper to clear out. Only happens when printing multiple pages from the paper tray. Manual feed is ok. Machine has 46,000 total prints. Maint-kit has 26,000 left on the counter and no wear on drawer lift pins. (The maint. drawer is new recently) Solenoid/clutch on the white cam (right side) operates flawlessly and latches every time. Have watched every optical sensor with a lab scope, all voltages are clean and correct. No flags are binding. Pick and M/D clutches are both new. Has "850" rapid release upgrade. What am I missing?

This error is usually associated with a drum maint clutch failure. The symptoms you describe are typical. Replaced the clutch should resolve it. P/N is 401080700.
