Phaser 840 - problem with printer head or something else

Test page showed only lines 1, 11, 44, 80 and 94.
I also noted that no ink was wasted into tray B and no ink was used during warm up.
Ink stick ends are barely warm.
I opened top of printer and there is no ink in reservoirs on top of printer head.
Is there any way to fix this so it prints properly???

The ceramic heaters on the ink loader may be bad. You probably will need a new ink loader. The ceramic heaters heat and melt the ink sticks..
