Hey guys, I need some serious help here.
I have a phaser 840 with 3rd party ink (don't know if that makes a difference). It has a second 500 sheet paper tray. Whenever i print anything (from a pc or from the printer) and it comes from the main tray it comes out all distorted and faded (i can't almost tell what it says). When I print from the second tray or from the manual feed it print perfectly for the first half of the page, then for the second half there seems to be a big circular part missing. There seems to be like a big hole in the bottom half of the page with no ink at all, just white.
Please advise, I can attack pictures oif necessary.

Thanks

Worth checking the maintenance tray for worn lift tabs. This can prevent the maintenance roller from lifting fully up to the drum surface.

please dont "attack" any pictures, attaCH all ya want. actually though. Actually that last suggestion is a good one, but also try this link below. Its instructions for running eliminate light stripes. Follow the instructions Verbatim. If it doesnt work call tech support, and they will give you your options.

Take a look at this link, it might help ;-)
