Does anybody know how I can fix this fault code?

Hello!
The preheater thermistor appers to be poen. Replace the paper preheater.

The preheater thermistor appears to be open. Check the
preheater cables on the right side of the printer. Replace
the paper preheater. Replace the power supply.
