My Phaser 8200n printer turns off on it's own. I turn it on and it stays on for a short period of time and then shuts off, then I have to flip the power switch to get it to turn on again but it always shuts off on it's own. What should I do?

Got a question. During the warm up period, if you look in the vents on the ride side cover, you should see a lamp lighting. Take a look, and see if the lamps are actually turning on. I have seen a few of these printers do a boot loop because of bad lamps.

Check your fault history.

You probably need a power supply. The 8200s are really picky about them. (11,042.xx:page count or 11,046.xx:page count)
