Phaser 8200 Faoult 07,002.44 -- what is it? 1

We have a Phaser 8200 -- It had paper jam. The end-user
cleared the jam and restarted the machine. They reported
loud noises ( "Sounded like a Demon was in the machine" ).
Now the printer gives fault 07,002.44

The ever helpful Xerox site says to turn off the printer and
call for service. I'd like a little more info if anybody
out there has seen this.

The service manual says this in regard to error code 07,002.44: Verify process motor operation with the Process Motor diagnostic test. Also exercise processes run with the process motor; transfix, drum maintenance and head tilt. This can be caused by the power control board. The process motor may have more than one task initiated. Reset all solenoids and the pressure roller prior to cycling power.
