Phaser 790 Error Code 010-358

Hi there,

we have two 790s. Unfortunately both show the Error code 010-358.

Any idea what that is and what we can do about it?

Would be great if someone could help.

The Fuser Fan has failed to operate correctly. A Fuser Fan rotation error has been declared

Is there anything I cn do about that?
Does it have anything to do with the chip?
Or where the fan is located?
